Introduction

We’re happy to announce the 14th SEA/EIA national conference, organized by members of the INTEGRA Group, Regional Center EIA and Integra Consulting. It will take place on April 9 and 10, 2025 at the Ibis Styles Relax Hotel in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm.

The only national conference in the field of environmental impact assessment in the Czech Republic, organized since 1992, will take place under the auspices of the Ministry of the Environment of the Czech Republic.

Amongst those who meet at the conference are authorized persons for environmental impact assessments, experts in the field of nature protection or climate change, representatives of public administration and private companies, urban planners, technical specialists from design offices, and representatives of non-governmental organizations. The event is regularly attended by 120 to 150 participants.

The conference provides space for presentations and discussions about the state and effectiveness of current SEA and EIA practice in the Czech Republic and abroad, and about current and anticipated future trends in the field of environmental assessment in general. The composition of the participants guarantees the opportunity to consider expected trends and the possibilities of how to actively prepare for them on a professional and conceptual level.
